Over time, NTC has dedicated analysis and experience to creating and testing their growth and development programs for educators, leading to the evolution of their teacher induction program, which has been proven to make a difference for both students and teachers. NTC’s programs are built upon evidence-based principles for developing a talented and effective educator workforce, and are proven to accelerate teacher effectiveness, reduce teacher churn and improve student achievement. The organization works with each district to identify a program lead to oversee and coordinate implementation. The time should be protected by teachers and administrators.
